Bruce joined Montecito Bank & Trust in 1985 as the ATM Servicer while attending UCSB. Prior to being appointed CFO in 2005, Bruce held various positions throughout the bank, including in the audit, merchant card services, and finance departments. As one of the Bank’s most tenured employees, he has witnessed the Bank’s growth and expansion across Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. Bruce is currently responsible for all financial and regulatory reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, asset and liability management, risk management, facilities, risk management and bank operations.
